Its main function is to ensure access to goods and services adapted to their particular situation. The law also aims to enable rights holders to meet their basic needs in order to lead a life worthy of human dignity. All means are thus put at their disposal so that their precarious situation is diagnosed, treated and does not worsen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Social assistance is subsidiary in nature.
