The Board of Directors has five members (one representative per municipality).
It takes financial decisions and is required to provide a reasoned decision to the applicant within 25 working days of the application being submitted.
Each decision of the Board of Directors is notified by registered letter to the applicant or by letter delivered to him/her personally. In this case, the applicant signs a receipt.
Depending on the degree of urgency, the president of the Social Office or his delegate may take any measures they deem necessary.
